Macsound services all types of audio, lighting, AV equipment and curtains. Our dedicated and capable technician is diligent in providing the best possible service, maintenance and/or repairs to our customers equipment. We can also complete any required tagging & testing of equipment.


Equipment requiring service, repairs or maintenance can be brought into our office located at 11 Plane Avenue, Uralla on Monday to Friday between 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-5:30pm.


If you are not able to deliver the equipment to our office, you can freight or Courier your equipment to us. Please make sure the equipment is safely packed in either it's original carton or a suitable box with appropriate packaging material. Our Technician will inspect the freight on arrival and will advise you if we believe the unit has been damaged in transit. Macsound is not responsible for any damage to your equipment while it is in transit.


If you have equipment that cannot be removed for service or you are unable get it to our office, depending on your location we can organise a service callout to do on-site maintenance and repairs.



If you have a problem with one of the products we have supplied provide the details in the form below and one of our staff contact you to will options for getting your equipment working properly again as soon as possible. In some cases the best option may be to replace your equipment, particularly for repairs  not covered under warranty.


Having your equipment tagged and up to date is a requirement for most venues to allow you to use your own equipment.
